As a Banquet Setup & Teardown team member, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating memorable events. From arranging rooms to supporting event teams, your work ensures every celebration, meeting, and gathering starts flawlessly and ends seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
• Lead with Empathy: Take pride in preparing spaces that make guests feel welcome and cared for.
• Take Care of People: Set up and tear down banquet and meeting rooms with precision, attention to detail, and respect for every event’s unique needs.
• Include Others: Collaborate closely with banquet, culinary, and sales teams to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
• Inspire to Succeed: Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment that supports your team’s success.
• Overcome Obstacles: Tackle last-minute changes or challenges calmly and confidently, ensuring everything is guest-ready.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in hospitality, event setup, or maintenance preferred but not required.
• A team-focused attitude with strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
• A willingness to learn and contribute to a positive, people-first culture.
