What You’ll Do

As part of our KAJ Sales Team, you’ll help us achieve and exceed our revenue goals by selling memorable experiences! The Catering Sales Manager-Leisure Group is responsible for revenue production for Leisure Banquet Groups (such as weddings, holiday parties and non-profit galas) and guest room blocks for the SMERF segment. The Catering Sales Manager will oversee all areas of Leisure Group Banquet sales per brand standards. The Catering Sales Manager is a “hands-on” position, actively involved in securing, qualifying and following up on leads, detailing events leading up to the day of the event and being present to hand the event off to the banquet team. Additional duties include uncovering new pieces of business within the SMERF and Leisure Group segments and conducting sales calls with the DOS to generate new bookings. The Catering Sales Manager’s central focus is in sales and event coordination. Attention to detail is a must!
