As our next Director of Sales, you’ll lead the charge in driving hotel revenue through meaningful connections and strategic selling across all four of our Marriot Hotels, including Courtyard, Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn and Suites. You’ll develop strong partnerships, lead proactive sales efforts, and inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect KAJ’s culture and standards
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Empathy: Build genuine relationships with clients and community partners to create long-term success.
- Take Care of People: Develop, coach, and support your team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent service.
- Include Others: Collaborate closely with property leaders, corporate support, and other KAJ properties to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Inspire to Succeed: Execute sales plans that drive occupancy, RevPAR, and market share while promoting the KAJ brand promise.
- Overcome Obstacles: Tackle challenges with creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in hospitality sales leadership, preferably as a Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
- Expertise in proactive sales, account management, and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for people.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Delphi experience preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to travel, host client events, and work occasional evenings or weekends.
