As a Bartender, you’ll be the face behind the bar, crafting drinks, starting conversations, and creating moments that bring guests together. You’ll combine great service with attention to detail, ensuring every beverage is served safely, consistently, and with care.
What You’ll Do
• Lead with Empathy: Make each guest feel welcome through friendly conversation and thoughtful service.
• Take Care of People: Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, ensuring all guests have a great and safe experience.
• Include Others: Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
• Inspire to Succeed: Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked while maintaining product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Overcome Obstacles: Stay calm and professional during busy shifts, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink preparation, responsible alcohol service, and POS systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
