What You’ll Do

As part of our KAJ Sales Team, you’ll help us achieve and exceed our revenue goals by supporting the Group Sales Manager and Director of Sales so they can focus on bringing new business into the hotels. Day-to-day tasks handled by the Sales Coordinator will ensure all bookings made by the sales team are set up for success and managed throughout the process from bookings to check-in to check-out and follow-up. This is a hands-on sales support role in which you’ll maintain both Marriott and KAJ Hospitality’s high standards of excellence.

Other Responsibilities

  • Build and manage group blocks from start to finish
  • Send reminders to clients on behalf of the Group Sales Manager
  • Lead property tours for clients
  • Build and manage Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes
  • Oversee setup and execution of meetings, being available as clients require
  • Post group and meetings charges and payments
  • Log sales activities and sales tracking system and assist with data entry for other sales team members
  • Manage hotel social media pages with assistance from Marketing Manager
  • Special projects and tasks to assist sales team to be most successful

This position is hourly (30-40 hours per week) and full-time eligible for benefits.
