What You’ll Do
We’re looking for outgoing individuals who want the opportunity to travel directly to our hotels to work independently on hotel improvement projects! These projects include drywall and vinyl repair, tilework, carpentry projects, caulking, and other building maintenance tasks. There may be times when this position will work directly with the hotel teams to ensure all projects meet KAJ’s condition of excellence standards. You’ll report to the KAJ Corporate Facilities Manager and assist in communication with General Contractors, subcontractors, and onsite teams to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
KAJ currently has hotels in Fargo, Gillette WY, Omaha, Wichita and most recently Sioux Falls! Many assignments will be in markets other than Sioux Falls, so this position is expected to travel during the weeks and be home most weekends! KAJ is willing to train the right person, but experience in home building, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a huge plus!
